Super Extra Virgin Oil from Jaén, obtained only by mechanical procedures from olives of the PICUAL variety, harvested in our La Condesa farm, in an optimal state of maturity.
We grind the olives in the 24 hours following its harvest, thus preserving its organoleptic properties: smell, color and flavor and obtain a good oil.
This extra virgin is a great oil, with a high content of oleic acid, natural antioxidants and multiple vitamins.
– PAIRING
Our Damiana oil, high quality olive oil from Jaén is perfect for home use, and the best oil for frying. Extra virgin olive oil is the one that best withstands temperatures, up to 180º without degrading and also preserves all its organoleptic properties. Only the extra virgin creates a film around the food when frying it, preventing the oil from penetrating the food, leaving it crispier and juicier at the same time. Therefore, the food is less caloric and much tastier than with other types of oil.
– CONSERVATION
For its correct conservation it is essential to keep the oil in a cool place and away from sunlight, since both the air and the light or even the heat of the glass-ceramic are the three elements that most deteriorate the quality of the oil.
